Role-Based Access

Role-Based Authorization and Access is one of the most powerful features in Alfie, designed to give organizations complete control over access and permissions. This feature ensures that every individual in the organization has access only to the tools and information relevant to their role.

How It Works

  1. Requesting Access

    • Organizations request access to Alfie through the Request Demo feature.
    • Once approved, an organization is created on Alfie, and a Super Admin is assigned.
  2. Super Admin Access

    • The Super Admin has full control over all features in Alfie.
    • They can create and manage roles, define access levels, and assign roles to team members based on organizational requirements.
  3. Role Creation

    • Roles can be created to suit the organization’s structure and needs.
    • Permissions are assigned to roles, enabling or restricting access to specific features.
